Our mission is to facilitate networks of people and organizations that work towards economic and social equality and justice.

We were created in December 1998, and have just developed guidelines.  We are a micro-foundation, with annual grants expected to total around $50,000, composed almost entirely of grants in the $500-$5000 range.

Please see our guidelines if you would like to proceed with applying for a grant. Our grants are so small, we'd like to keep the overhead small for you and us.

We are a member of Philanthropy Northwest (formerly Pacific Northwest Grantmakers Forum).
